Claudia is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and qualified Executive Coach with around 20 years’ experience of designing, delivering and leading a wide range of consultancy projects. She specialises in change management, organisational development and learning, job analysis and design, and assessment for selection and development. She has worked with leaders to successfully design and implement change, increasing their capability to manage people through it, and advises people on how to build an organisational culture and environment that leads to greater organisational agility in the longer term. Claudia has worked extensively in large, complex, public sector, not for profit, and membership organisations and also the transport, retail, and service industries. She has a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and is licensed to use a wide range of psychometric instruments.
