Chadi is a progressive and commercial occupational psychologist and senior HR and talent professional with a successful track record of delivering business value and change in large, complex organisations. Chadi has significant experience of developing and implementing people strategies and managing large teams who have supported the implementation.
Prior to working with Highgate Partners, he worked as Director of HR and Talent for a large Fresh Produce company. Other roles have included Global Head of People Development for a global professional services organisation.
Chadi has worked in the public sector, local and central government, aviation, consulting and hospitality. In his career Chadi has focussed on talent management and succession planning, leadership assessment and development, employee engagement, performance management, team development and executive coaching.
Chadi has a degree in social sciences, a PGDip in psychology and an MSc in occupational and organisational psychology. He is qualified to administer most major psychometric testing tools.
Chadi enjoys using psychology within the work place to deliver practical and effective solutions to subtle and complex organisational challenges.
